With over 26 years of experience in the ESOP and retirement plan industry, Renee Stadtmueller brings technical expertise and leadership experience to her role as Vice President, ESOP Administration at Blue Ridge. Renee is responsible for leading and mentoring a team, overseeing client care, ensuring quality reviews for accuracy and compliance, and providing expert guidance on plan design, compliance, and ongoing plan administration.
Before joining Blue Ridge, Renee served as a Manager at Principal Financial Group, where she gained extensive experience in employee benefit plan consulting and developed a strong foundation in client service, compliance, and plan operations.
Renee holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), reflecting her technical expertise and commitment to professional excellence.
Renee is an active member of The ESOP Association (TEA), the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), and the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). She currently serves as Chair of The ESOP Association’s Advisory Committee on Plan Administration and is a frequent speaker at TEA and NCEO events, sharing insights on plan administration best practices and industry trends.
