Laura Sadikoglu serves as the Regional Sales Director for the Southeast at Blue Ridge, where she cultivates partnerships with referral sources, collaborates with plan sponsors to customize solutions, and actively promotes the value of employee ownership.
For the past 17 years, Laura has played a pivotal role in our growth at Blue Ridge. She created many of the business development processes that remain foundational to our success. Laura is deeply passionate about employee ownership and is an active member of The ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership.
Before joining Blue Ridge, she gained international experience as a logistics coordinator in Istanbul and held a leadership position in early childhood education. She earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Family Psychology and Religion from Oklahoma Baptist University.
