Bob Valvano serves as Chief Financial Officer at Blue Ridge Associates and is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, operational planning, and long-term growth initiatives. Bob oversees financial operations, strategic planning, and performance management, while partnering with leadership to support Blue Ridge’s continued expansion and operational excellence.
Bob brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and operational leadership. Throughout his career, he has led and advised on transactions totaling more than $10 billion in enterprise value across operating companies and private equity-backed platforms. He has partnered closely with executive leadership teams to drive operational, financial, and strategic initiatives that support long-term value creation and organizational growth.
Bob earned his Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University and his MBA in Finance from Drexel University. He is also a CFA charterholder (inactive).
