Blue Ridge Associates was proud to be a strategic partner at Employee Owned 2025 in Las Vegas. The event brought together ESOP companies, industry leaders, and professionals from across the country for several days of learning, collaboration, and connection. The conference provided meaningful opportunities for our team to engage with clients, share expertise, and strengthen relationships across the employee ownership community.

Throughout the event, we welcomed attendees to our suite in Copperleaf 3, where conversations focused on the evolving needs of employee-owned companies and the future of the ESOP industry.

Leading Conversations Across the Conference

This year, our team contributed a robust slate of 12 speaking sessions, addressing topics ranging from technical ESOP planning to strategic leadership and organizational culture. Across these sessions, our goal was to deliver practical insights that help companies build stronger employee-owned organizations.
We’re grateful for the thoughtful questions, active participation, and collaborative spirit that made each session meaningful.

Around the World: A Trip to Monte Carlo

A highlight of the conference was the Around the World event, where Blue Ridge proudly represented Monaco with a lively Monte Carlo theme. Our suite featured a casino-inspired atmosphere with delicious lamb chops and bright glow-tinis, a crowd favorite. We enjoyed connecting with attendees in the fun setting and appreciated everyone who stopped by to stamp their passport in Monaco!

Tailgate Extravaganza: The Blue Ridge Team Spirit

The Tailgate Extravaganza, sponsored by the TEA chapters, was another standout moment, bringing everyone together for classic tailgate favorites and relaxed conversations. From great food to lively energy, it was the perfect setting to unwind and connect.

Our team added an extra touch of spirit by sporting our Blue Ridge jerseys to show off our team pride throughout the evening.

Conference Fun: Celebrating our Scratch & Win Game Winners

Throughout the conference, many attendees enjoyed the chance to play our Scratch & Win game, which added a little extra excitement to each day. We celebrated many lucky winners who walked away with prizes including iPads, Nespresso Machines, gifts cards and Blue Ridge swag. The energy and enthusiasm around the game captured our belief that Everyone Wins with Blue Ridge.
