Our journey started in 1988 when Blue Ridge ESOP Associates was established to provide independent administration and recordkeeping services specifically for Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs). We developed innovative tools like ESOPConnection™, the first comprehensive online platform for ESOP management. We also acquired the ESOP division at Crowe to expand our ESOP portfolio.
We then acquired Coastal Pension Services, a key player in the 401(k) retirement administration services for the mid-Atlantic region, California Benefit Planners, a leader in defined benefit and cash balance plans on the West Coast, and TSC 401K, one of the longest standing and leading retirement plan consulting firms in the Midwest.
Today, these businesses form One Blue Ridge, a national provider of administration solutions for employer-sponsored, tax-advantage equity compensation and savings benefit plans. Our highly skilled team members provide a full suite of technology-enabled compliance services. Our integrated, best-of-breed delivery model and established network of strategic distribution partners make it easy for employers to provide wealth-building benefits to employees.
